云南红豆杉扦插育苗中的插条与基质选择试验

Experiment on Cuttage and Culture Type Effects on Cuttage Breeding for Taxus wallichiana

2006年12月在云南省林业科学院昆明树木园的苗圃内选用了4种类型的插条和4种基质进行了云南红豆杉扦插育苗的效果试验。经2007～2008年连续两年对不同插条类型、育苗基质的扦插成活率及其扦插苗高径生长观测与分析,表明:在云南红豆杉扦插苗培育中,选取萌生枝条尤其是带有顶芽的萌生枝条作为插条,并用混合土(即1/3生土+1/3蛭石+1/3腐殖土)做基质,是一种较为合理的搭配。

An experiment was carried out on cuttage and cultures＇ type for its effects on outrage breeding for Taxus wallichiana with 4 types of cuttage and culture respectively at Tree Garden of Yunnan Academy of Forestry at Kunming in December 2006. through 2 years＇ observation of 2007-2008, on the types of cuttage, survival rate of cuttage in different types of culture and the seedlings＇ height and diameter growth, it showed that the reasonable match was proposed as： euttages with top bud and mixed culture of 1/3 raw soil ＋ 1/3 vermiculite ＋ 1/3 humus soil.
