摘要
为了解决陶瓷异型花盆手工成型劳动强度大、生产率低的问题,从异型花盆的成型入手,制定了生产异型花盆成型的机械传动方案、并确定了由单片机控制的硬件电路,同时叙述了成型机的工作原理和程序框图。采用这种成型机,通过改变程序可在同一台机上方便地生产出多品种、多规格的异型花盆,产生可观的经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity and low productive efficiency in handmaking the irregularly shaped ceramic flowerpot based on the molding process of ceramic flowerpot, the thesis made out a mechanical transmission scheme in the production of irregularly shaped flowerpot, which involved the hardware circuit controlled by single-chip processors. It also explained the operating mechanism and program framework of the molding machine. Various flowerpots of different molds with specifications can be produced easily by changing the program on the same machine, thus obtain considerable economic profit.
