摘要 目前,在砂轮片、汽车刹车片、食品、医药等行业产品中,需要人工对粉状或颗粒状的物料进行给料和称重,不但工人的劳动强度高,而且也不能很好地控制产品的质量。文章论述了基于双螺旋机构实现精确给料称重机构,实现自动给料和精确称重,具有结构新颖、简约等特点,采用传感技术、微处理器技术和自动控制技术相集成,研制的设备能较好地控制物料投放重量的精度要求,减少原材料的浪费,降低人工的劳动强度。 At present, manual feeding and weighing of powdery or grainy material are demanded in the process of manufacturing of grinding wheel, automobile braking disk, foodstuffs and medicine etc. The process not only needs high labor intensity but also can not well control product quality. The paper expounded a sort of double-helix conveyor to carry out automatically accurate feeding and weighing with a new and simple structure. The device integrated of sensor technology, microprocessor technology and automatic control technology can well meet the needs of accurate material feeding, low material waste and low labor intensity.
