在数控机床中,接口是连接CNC系统、PLC、机床本体(MT)的节点,是实现输入/输出信息传递和控制的通道。因此,许多故障都会在PLC的I/O接口这个通道上反映出来。现以典型SINUMERIK 802S系统数控车床的四工位回转刀架的换刀故障为例,详细介绍利用数控机床接口状态来诊断排除故障的方法。
In the CNC machine, the interface is the node which is connected CNC system, PLC and machine tool body (MT), and is the channel which is to input / output information transmission and to control. Consequently, many faults will be reflected on the I / O channel of the PLC.Take the failure of the 4-station rotary turret of the ATC in the SINUMERIK 802S for example,the methods of the diagnosis fault are introduced detailly by the interface status of the CNC machine.
