资阳市土地利用总体规划实施评价

Implementation Appraisal of the Land utilization overall planning in Ziyang City

本文运用层次分析法(AHP),通过建立评价指标体系对资阳市上轮土地利用总体规划实施效果进行了客观、全面、科学的评价,指出影响规划实施评价的因素包括社会意识度、经济效益、生态效益、社会效益、完成性指标等8个方面;并对上轮土地利用总体规划的实施效果进行了量化研究,以期为新一轮资阳市土地利用总体规划修编提供科学依据。

In this paper, we carried on the comprehensive and Scientific appraisal to ,the implementation effect of land utilization overall planning in Ziyang City, with analytic hierarchy process（AHP） through establishment appraisal target system. We point out the factor of influence planning implementation appraisal including eight aspects that are social consciousness, economic efficiency, ecology benefit, social efficiency, completive targets, and so on. Finally, we also Conducted the quantification research to the implementation effect of last turn land utilization overall planning, in order to provide scientific basis for the new turn land utilization overall planning in Ziyang City.
