基于灰色理论预测电沉积处理后的混凝土抗碳化性能 被引量:1

摘要 选用ZnSO4,MgSO42种溶液,对带裂缝的砂浆试件进行了修复,测定了7d,14d,21d,28d,35d龄期试件裂缝处的碳化深度,并就采用MgSO4溶液进行电沉积处理后混凝土裂缝处的碳化深度进行了灰色预测.结果表明:带裂缝的砂浆试件经电沉积处理后,其抗碳化能力均有所提高,而且采用MgSO4溶液处理后,抗碳化能力的提高程度要高于ZnSO4溶液,GM(1,1)模型预测精度比较高,可以用于电沉积处理后混凝土抗碳化性能的灰色预测. The mortar specimens with cracks were repaired by adopting two kinds of solution, ZnSO4 and MgSO4. The carbonation depths of the cracks in the mortar specimens were measured after the age of 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d and 35 d, respectively. The grey forecast of carbonation depth of the cracks in concrete after electrodeposition treatment by use of MgSO4 was performed. The results indicate that the capability of the mortar specimens with cracks against carbonation after electrodeposition treatment is improved. The capability against carbonation by using MgSO4 is higher than that by using ZnSO4. The GM( 1,1 ) model is of high forecast precision and can be applied to the grey forecast of carbonation of concrete after electrodeposition treatment.
