摘要
为了提高梳棉机产量,从使用金属针布,提高锡林、刺辊转速,采用多刺辊等7个方面对上世纪50年代以来提高梳棉机产量的技术措施进行了分析,进而提出了进一步提高梳棉机产量的研究方向。指出应把提高锡林—盖板主分梳区整体分梳强度作为进一步提高梳棉机产量的主攻研究方向,并对此设想进行了初步的分析论证。
In order to upgrade card production,analysis is done to the tech-measures upgrading card production since 50 last century including aplieation of MCC, upgrading speed of the cylinder and the taker-in roller plus poly rollers, with view of further upgrading the card production. The main research work should be done in increasing the integral carding force in the main area of the cylinder and the top with tentative analysis of the view.
