摘要
以2个不同抗旱性玉米品种为材料,研究了水分胁迫下玉米细胞膜伤害及其保护酶活性的变化。其细胞膜保护酶系统的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性在水分胁迫初期下降,之后升高,最后持续下降。过氧化物酶(POD)的活性初期变化复杂,后期成倍升高。
Cell membrance injury and the change of protective enzymes activity under water stress in two drought-resistant corn varieties are studied. The results show that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) declines first, raises then, and decreases continually later, and that of peroxidase(POD) changed complexly in inital perios and increases doublly in final peri-od.
