摘要
盆栽试验结果表明,苜蓿改良的盐碱土壤施N肥能使小麦旗叶叶水势升高,叶片水分保持较好,叶绿素总含量提高13%~80%(以叶绿素b为主),叶片光合速率和蒸腾强度增加,蒸腾效率提高,施N肥配合补P肥效果更好,这些变化构成了在该类地区施N肥补P肥增产的生理基础。
The results from pot experiments show that N can increase water potential of flag leaf by about 2.0 bars,chlorophyll content by 13%-80%(mainly chlorophyll B),photosyn-thesis rate by about 26%,transpiration rate by about 14%,transpiration efficiency by 10% in saline soil improved by alfafa in Heilonggang Region,Hebei.These effects are more obvious if N and P are applied. These changes of physiological characters are the physiological base for increasing yield by applying N and P in this region.
