摘要
利用单螺杆动态塑化挤出机,分别在稳态和动态下挤出制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/淀粉复合材料,通过力学性能测试、DSC及SEM分析等方法考察了振动力场对复合材料结构及性能的影响。结果表明:适宜的螺杆转速范围是85~110r/min;当振幅为0.15mm、振频为5Hz时,复合材料的塑化效果最好,平均扭矩比稳态时下降了23%;振动力场的引入使PLA与淀粉的相容性得到提高。
PLA/starch composite was prepared in stable and dynamic states respectively by single- screw dynamic extruder. The effect of vibration force field on structure and properties of the composite was investigated by mechanical property test, DSC and SEM analysis. The results show that the suitable screw speed range is 85~110 r/min; when amplitude is 0.15 mm, vibration frequency is 5 Hz, the plasticization of the composite is the best, the average torque decreases by 23% compared with that in stable state; the introduction of vibration force field improves the compatibility of PLA and starch.
