直接顶空进样-气质联用法测定塑胶地垫中有毒有害挥发性有机物 被引量:1

Determination of Harmful Volatile Organic Compounds in Plastic Floor Cushion by Direct Headspace Injection-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用直接顶空进样法快速测定塑胶地垫中的有毒有害挥发性有机物的含量,利用气相色谱-质谱总离子流进行定性分析,选择离子流并用外标法进行定量分析,对顶空进样的平衡时间、平衡温度及色谱的分离条件分别做了优化,并进行了线性范围、回收率、精密度等试验。结果表明:9种目标化合物的线性范围为10~1000mg/L;相关系数为0.9960~0.9997;方法的检测低限为12.4~61.2ng/g;平均回收率为88.6%~112%;相对标准偏差小于8.6%。所建方法适用于塑胶地垫中苯、1-丁醇、甲苯等有毒有害挥发性有机物的测定。 A rapid direct headspace injection method was employed for the determination of harmful volatile organic compounds. The qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed by total ion chromatogram and selected ion chromatogram respectively with GC-MS for the nine target compounds. The balance time and balance temperature of headspace injection and seperation conditions of chromatography were optimized. The tests of linearity range, recovery rate and precision were performed. The results show that the linearity range of nine target compounds is 10~1 000mg/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.996 0~0.999 7, the detection limit is 12.4~61.2 ng/g, the average recovery rate is 88.6%~112%, the relative standard deviation is less than 8.6%. The established method is suitable for the determination of the nine target compounds (such as benzene, 1-butanol, toluene, and etc.) in plastic floor cushion products.
