摘要
在共享内存服务器Altix450上,应用Fluent流体计算软件进行三维定常N-S层流数值模拟计算,研究了该系统的加速比,并行效率和可扩展性;在对网格数为500万和1 000万的两次计算对比中发现,当网格数据大的时候,该系统并行优势明显。结果表明,大型的共享内存服务器在计算流体力学中对解决复杂流场数值模拟越来越重要,符合未来计算流体力学高性能计算的要求。
In this paper,the system speedup ratio,parallel efficiency and scalability was studied by A three dimensional steady- state N- S viscous flow numerical simulation calculation with Fluent liquid calculation software, on Altix450 shared memory server. While comparing the two calculations whose grid numbers are 5million and 10 million respectively, it shows that the system has a more obvious parallel advantage when the grid number is larger. As a conclusion,large shared memory servers are playing an increasingly important role in dealing with numerical simulation in CFD field, and are up to the requirements for high performance calculation in CFD in the future.
