摘要
在AutoCAD的二次开发环境Visual LISP中,研究并开发了外啮合圆柱齿轮传动设计系统。系统以最新版《机械设计手册》为依据,采用DCL定义对话框,创建交互式用户界面,运用VisualLISP程序驱动对话框界面,完成设计数据的动态获取和反馈,从而实现渐开线圆柱齿轮的传动设计,包括:设计计算、强度校核和零件的参数化绘图。系统界面友好、设计流程符合工程设计习惯,能有效提高设计效率,减少重复性工作。
The external gearing CAD system is developed with Visual LISP based on AutoCAD 2004. According to the newest Machinery Design Handbook, The interactive interface is established by DCL program in the gearing CAD system and the Visual LISP program is used to drive the interface program and the transmission and feedback of design data is finished, then the cylindrical gear parameterized design is completed, it includes design calculation and check analysis and parametric drawing. The cylindrical gear parameterized design system is easy to use and accords with engineering personnel's habit and reduces the repetitive time and improves the design efficiency and accuracy.
