摘要
以实验方法,研究了基于CaCl2交联剂制备小麦醇溶蛋白膜的工艺中,溶液pH值、交联剂浓度对膜材料力学性能、水溶解性、水蒸气透过率的影响,并具体分析了SDS改性技术对膜性能参数的调制规律,从而获得交联剂、改性剂的最佳实验参数,为环境友好型食品与药品包装新材料的研发,提供一个方面的基础研究。
The properties of wheat gliadin films were studied by wheat powder as raw material, alcohol as solvent, CaCl2 as cross linking agent. Influencing factors of pH value of casting solution and cross-linking agent concentration were experimented on performance of tensile properties, water solubility and water vapor permeability. The rules of modification about the above performance parameters were focused on by using dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as modifier. And the optimum experimental parameters of cross-linking agent and modifier were obtained. This research provided some aspects of fundamental data and clues for the development of environmental friendly materials in the area of food and medicine packaging.
