自调整内模控制器在白泥回转窑上的应用

摘要 针对制浆造纸白泥煅烧过程的大滞后、时变、非线性等特点,以及不确定干扰因素多的实际情况,将具有自学习、自适应功能的神经网络内模控制器应用于白泥回转窑控制系统中,通过在Matlab环境下的计算机仿真结果表明,该控制算法鲁棒性强、结构设计简单,适合工程应用。 In the Lime Mud Rotary Kiln system,the controlled object is characterized by large inertia and nonlinearity. In order to acquire better performance,the neural network IMC controller that capable of self studying and self adapting was adopted in the lime mud rotary kiln system. The computer simulation in Matlab was carried out, which demonstrated that the controller could obtain faster response and better performance. And the practicality and validity of this new controller used in the lime mud rotary kiln control were also proved.
