摘要
传统模板图像匹配算法的匹配速度较慢,为了加快图像匹配速度,把数字图像处理技术引入印刷品缺陷自动检测系统。系统从印刷中随机抓取印品图像,利用遗传算法将其与标准图像进行配准操作,然后差影,实现印刷品缺陷的自动检测。
A new auto detection system using digital image processing and genetic algorithm for printing matter was introduced. In order to improve the image matching speed, a fast and efficient image matching algorithm was imported. This system can automatically detect corrupted images in printing matter images, thus being capable of automatically defect detecting.
