摘要 为了加工内含平行中空的微米级直径通道的塑料薄膜,通过塑料薄膜、中空纤维和泡沫塑料相结合的方法,研究了微通道塑料薄膜的挤出工艺与设备,设计了装有气体或液体夹带器的特殊缝隙口模。分析了特殊结构塑料薄膜的性能与应用前景,该产品在微型换热器、微型反应器等微机械、传感器、生物医学以及包装等诸多领域具有广阔的应用前景。 The process of polymer microcapillary film (MCF) was provided, in which a parallel array of hollow microcapillaries with dimensions of the order of microns was embedded by the hybrid of plastic film, hollow fibre and polymer foam. The initial design of the special slit die was carried out by studying procedures and equipments for polymer microcapillary film extrusion. By analyzing properties, it concluded that MCF has a wide range of potential application in various areas including micro heat exchange, microreactor technology, sensing technology, biomedicine, plastic packing, and so on.
