ADAMS的微型车悬架优化设计

摘要 微型车悬架设计的好坏对车轮跳动时前轮前束和轮距的变化有很大的影响。在ADAMS环境下建立了微型车的悬架刚—柔耦合模型,并在此基础上运用"主要目标法"对悬架进行了多目标优化设计,得到了悬架空间结构的几何形式。经过优化,前轮前束和轮距随车轮跳动时的变化范围大大减小,极大地改善了微型车行驶过程中的操作稳定性。 The suspension design of mini vehicle is good or not, has great effect on the toe-in of front wheel and front track as the vehicle bouncing. The rigid-flexible coupling model of mini vehicle suspension is built in ADAMS. Based on 'main target method', multi-target optimizing design of the suspension is done, and the geometry space scheme of the suspension is found out. After the optimization, the change scope of the toe-in of front wheel and front track as the wheel bouncing are greatly reduced. The operating stability in the process of driving of mini vehicle has been improved greatly.
