摘要
纳米复合金属陶瓷材料不仅具有较好的综合机械性能,如高强度、高硬度、耐高温、耐磨损,而且具有较好的化学稳定性、抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能,在模具制造方面具有广阔前景。本文综述了纳米复合金属陶瓷材料的研究现状及存在问题,并指出了今后研究的发展趋势。
Nano-composite cermet materials not only has good mechanical properties, such as high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear-resistant, but also has good chemical stability, anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. It has a broad prospect in the die making. In this paper, the research status quo and problems of nano-composite cermet die materials are reviewed, and future trends are put forward.
