摘要
旋转式双排气结构压缩机可降低压缩机输入功率,提升压缩机性能,但同时也带来噪声偏高的问题,影响房间空调器的舒适性。通过噪声时域分析、频域分析、电机空腔声模态计算等各种手段的综合运用,确定了双排气结构压缩机主要噪声源为排气压力脉动激起空腔声模态共振,由此设计亥姆霍兹共鸣器以减小压力脉动,特别是共鸣器改进方案,可在保证压缩机性能的前提下使降噪量提高至6dB。
Dual discharge struetre can reduce power of the rotary compressor, upgrade its capability, but alsoincrease its noise. Time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of sound pressure are done, the relatedacoustic cavity mode is simulated, and cavity resonance is identified as source of dual discharge rotary compressor.So a Helmholtz resonator is de- signed, and the improved resonator can reduce noise by 6dB.
