摘要
金属卷线电阻器由电阻体、保护体及支持体构成。设计时,电阻体的材质、成份、加工方法会影响电阻的温度特性。保护体材料要选择电气绝缘性好,与电阻体及支持体热膨胀相同,且对机械强度及温度冲击有抵抗力的材料。支持体要选用耐温度冲击及接近电阻体热膨胀系数的材质。电阻体、支持体及保护体的材料、结构会影响电阻的负荷特性。卷数、线间距离、尺寸、线径、电阻值等会影响电阻的高周波特性。
Metal Wired Resistor consists of resistor body, protective body and supportive material, components and processing methods of resistor body can affect the resistor's characteristic. Only insulating and resistant materials which has the same expansibility as the body. The temperature resistor body and protective body can be used as protective body. Materials of supportive body should be temperature resistant and has the similar coefficient of expansion as resistor body. The materials and structures of resistor body, supportive body and protective body can affect capacity of resistors. Circle number, space, size, wire diameter and resistivity can affect resistors' high-cycle characteristic.
