摘要
可降解的秸秆育苗钵能够实现钵和秧苗的一体栽植，越来越受到广大育苗者的青睐。本课题研究以玉米淀粉、磷酸、NaOH、粘土为载体配制四种类型粘结剂，与水稻秸秆混合后，通过成型机进行压制成型。重点介绍了成型机的设计：通过具体参数设计和三维造型，给出了详细的设计过程。
The degradable straw seedling nursing container is attracting more and more attention from planters, because it can be planted through the earthen bowl and the seedling. In this experiment, cornstarch, phosphoric acid, NaOH and clay are used as four kinds of cartier to be mixed with rice straw respectively and then the mixtures are molded by the forming machine.
