摘要
以高光效苹果园红富士为试材,研究了套袋对苹果品质的影响,比较了在果实成熟后期套袋果与不套袋果在果形指数,单果重,着色面积,果实硬度,可溶性固形物含量,以及总糖和总酸的变化。研究表明,去袋越早,单果重增长越明显,着色面积越大,而对于果形指数则影响不太明显。去袋越晚,可溶性固形物和总糖含量越高,酸含量越低。
Taking Red Fuji apples in photosynthetic efficient apple orchard as experimental materials, the paper studies bags' effect on the quality of the apples. It shows that the weight and color grow fast if the bags are removed earlier while higher soluble solid and total sugar content but lower acid content are achieved if the bags are removed later.
