摘要
职业生涯是个体职业发展的历程,职业生涯的成败对人的一生有着重要的影响。对高校教师而言,职业生涯直接影响着其劳动积极性和主动性,并影响着高校组织的效率与效益。本论文试图从教师职业规划和组织职业规划两方面出发,探讨职业生涯规划在高校激励机制中的应用,以期对我国高校组织所实施的教师激励机制有一定的借鉴作用。
Career planning is the development course of the individual career, and it has important influence on one' s life.For the university teachers, career directly affects their labor enthusiasm and initiative, and affects the efficiency and effectiveness of university organization. From teachers' professional planning and career planning, the paper tries to discuss the application in the incentive mechanism of higher education in order to show certain reference function for incentive mechanism in colleges.
