摘要
工作满意度影响教师工作绩效的完成、潜能的发挥与创造力的提升。本研究以高职教师工作满意度为切入点,对陕西省十所高职院校教师的工作满意度实际状况,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、理论分析法等,运用管理学、人力资源管理、组织行为学、社会心理学等相关理论知识,从五个维度分析高职院校教师工作满意度问题,对影响高职院校教师工作满意度的表层和深层原因、提高教师满意度、提升人力资本效用、促进高校教师个体发展等方面,比较系统、科学、客观、深入地论证增进高职教师工作满意度的积极意义。针对影响当前高职教师工作满意度因素中的主要问题探索其对策,提出解决问题的可行性建议与措施。
Working satisfaction affects teacher's achievements and creativity promotion. Based on correlation data's foundation, through five dimensions, the paper analyses the affects which influence working satisfaction teachers in polytechnic institutes to in- crease the teachers' satisfaction and to ascend human capital and individual development, using different methods, such as question- naire, interviews with experts, statistics, and theoretical analysis and so on. Meanwhile, the paper demonstrates the positive slgnificances of promoting higher vocational teachers' job satisfaction. Finally, analyzing the main problems that affect the higher vocational teachers' job satisfaction, it puts forward feasibility suggestions and measures.
