摘要
研究了不同浓度悬浮物对半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis Giinther)浮游阶段和伏底阶段稚鱼的急性毒性效应。实验结果表明,悬浮物对浮游阶段稚鱼的48hLC50和96hLG0(95%可信限)分别为588.2mg/L(518.7~666.9mg/L)和488.7mg/L(428.6—557.2mg/L),安全浓度(SC)为48.87mg/L;水温(tw)为23℃时,对伏底阶段稚鱼的48hLCs0和96hLC50(95%可信限)分别为3034.6mg/L(2769.8~3324.8mg/L)和2117.2mg/L(1932.1~2320.1mg/L),SC为211.72mg/L;tw为26℃时,对伏底阶段稚鱼的48hLC50和96hLC50(95%可信限)分别为1684.0mg/L(1543.4~1837.3mg/L)和1657.1mg/L(1522.7~1803.4mg/L),SC为165.71mg/L。
The acute toxic effects of the suspended substances (SS) on the pro-juveniles and post-juveniles of Cynoglossus semilaevis GUnther were Studied in laboratory in Oct. 2007. The results showed that the 48 h LCso and 96 h LC50 (95% confidence limits) of SS to pro-juveniles were respectively 588.2 mg/L (518.7 - 666.9 mg/L) and 488.7 mg/L (428.6 -557.2 mg/L) ,and SC was 48.87 mg,/L. When the tw was at 23℃ ,the 48 h LCso and 96 h LCso (95% confidence limits) of SS to post-juveniles were respectively 3034.6 mg/L (2769.8 - 3324.8 mg/L) and 2117.2 mg/L (1932.1-2320.1 mg/L), and SC was 211.72 mg/L.
