摘要
建立了一种同时测定禽蛋中4种氟喹诺酮类药物的高效液相色谱荧光检测法。样品经磷酸二氢钾缓冲液提取两次,离心合并上清液。上清液经C18固相萃取柱净化,以流动相洗脱定容,用高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定,外标法定量。结果表明,该方法对环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星、达氟沙星的最低检出限分别为0.005、0.005、0.005、0.001mg/kg、,方法相对标准偏差为1.48%~3.00%。平均回收率为90%~95%。
A Method was established for simultaneous determination of residues of ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, and sarafloxacin in eggs by HPLC. The samples were extracted twice with potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution. The supernatants were cetrifuged and mixed. The resulting supernatant was cleaned up on a C18 solid phase extraction cartridge with mobile phase as eluant. The analytes were detected by a fluorescence detector and quantified by external standard method. The detection limits were 0. 005mg/kg for ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin and sarafloxacin, respectively, and 0. 001mg/kg for danofloxacin. The RSDs were 1.48%-3.00%, and the average recvoeries were 90%-95%.
