论高职差生的成因及转化的策略

The Causes and Transformation Strategies of Poor Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校中转化差生工作是一项重要工作,目前"学习差生"已成为一个突出现象,必须加以重视并予以解决。通过分析导致"差生"的原因,提出了防治的基本措施:教师要理解、尊重、宽容,善待差生;要提高课堂教学的艺术水平;学校教育要与家庭教育相结合;师生关系要和谐;要有科学的学习方法等。

Transformation of poor students in higher vocational colleges is one of the most important job. At present, ＂low-learning＂ has become a prominent phenomenon, more efforts should be paid. By analyzing the causes, the basic prevention measures, the treatments, understanding, respect and tolerance from teachers are put forward. The followings are emphasized, to raise the level of＂ teaching arts, to integrate school education with family education, to improve the relationship between teachers and students, to have scientific learning methods.
