浙江应用电子产业及人才培养研究

为探索和研究适应浙江经济社会快速发展的具有本地区特色的产业及人才发展的方案和对策,在对全省应用电子产业及人才资源的发展环境、优势和存在问题等现状的调研基础上,提出了浙江省应用电子产业及人才资源发展的思路和策略,包括加快推广应用电子技术改造传统产业、培育以企业为主体的产业自主创新能力、提升产业规模效应、整合配置优势资源、调整高校学科结构、提高专业和教学的市场适应性、加强工学结合和产学合作、优化创新型人才建设机制、创造开放式的人才培养环境等。

In order to explore and research the ideas and programs of adapting the industry and talents development of Zhejiang economic and social rapid development with the region characteristics, in this paper, on the basis of investigation to whole province application electronics estate and development of resources of human talents current situation＇s such as environment, advantage and problems, we expounded the ideas and strategies of the application electronics estate and human resources development, including speeding up the promotion and application of electronic technology to transform the traditional industries, the cultivation of the enterprise as the main body of the industrial self-innovation capacity, improving industrial scale, integrating allocation advantage resource, adjusting colleges and universities division of disciplines, improving the professional and market adaptation of teaching, strengthening the combination and eorperation, optimizing of creative talent development mechanism, creating an open environment, etc.
