摘要
家族企业是世界各国经济的重要组成部分。而成功实现家族企业的代际传承,是保证企业"长青"的关键。继承者加盟企业的意愿是直接影响家族企业传承过程的成败。经过采访调查发现,企业的状况和前景,企业外部的就业机会,子女与父母的关系,以及个人发展需要是影响继承者加盟意愿的四大因素。
Family business is essential for the country's economy all over the world. The offspring's intention to join the family firm, as part of intergenerational succession, significantly contributes to succession's success or failure. The paper reveals four important factors that influence the offspring's willingness to join the family firm, namely business status and prospects, employment opportunities outside the family business, relationships between owners and their offspring, and personal needs.
