摘要
图书馆流通服务提倡人性化服务,要以尊重读者、关怀读者为宗旨,以人为本,做到"为书找人,为人找书"。本文在流通服务人性化分析的基础上,提出了流通服务人性化的创新管理策略,即创新管理服务理念,优化服务质量,发挥特色馆藏,建立个性化服务,搞好图书馆责任文化建设。
With the principles of respecting and concerning of the readers, the circulation service of the library calls for readers-orientation service and is supposed to find the readers for the books and find the books for the readers. Based on a thorough analysis of readers-orientation circulation service, this paper puts forward the creative management strategies for the readers-orientation circulation service, that is, initiating new management and service ideas, improving the service, featuring the typical book stores, and providing a personal service to better the library responsibility culture.
