提高教师情感教育能力的必要性与方法——基于个案研究的归纳分析

Necessity and Methods of Improving Teacher's Ability of Emotional and Psychological Education——An Analysis Based on the Case Study

在我国学生心理危机日趋严重的形势下,教师应对处理学生情感问题的能力亟待重视和提高。同时,在个案研究的基础上提出三种提高情感教育能力的有效方法:情感交流方式的有效运用,情感教育过程的科学设计以及教师创造力的培养。

This article insists on that, since the worse mental crisis of Chinese students, the teachers＇ ability of confronting and solving the mental problems be emphasized and reinforced urgently. Meanwhile, this article, on the basis of a detailed and complete case study, also puts forward three efficient means, which are effective use of emotional means of communication, scientific design of emotional education process and cultivation of teachers＇ creativity, to help teachers to enhance this kind ability quickly.
