摘要
采取实证的方法研究产学研结合技术创新的风险评价问题。首先,基于产学研结合技术创新结构和风险本质,构建了三层次双维度的产学研结合技术创新风险评价体系;然后,以西安高新技术开发区为背景,对产学研结合技术创新风险评价问题进行了实证研究,通过风险评价体系对风险因素的发生可能性、影响程度及风险水平进行了定量评价,分析计算了风险因素之间的相关性,并通过相关系数对风险水平进行了调整,得到了更接近于现实情况的风险评价结果,进而为产学研结合技术创新的风险应对及控制提供定量决策支持。
This paper has studied the risk evaluation of industry-university-research cooperative innovation. Firstly on the basis of Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation structure and risk nature, a three-level-two-dimension risk estimation system is established. Then taking Xi'an High-tech Development Zone as background, an empirical study on the risk of industry-university-research cooperative innovation is carried out. The risks' levels are estimated quantitatively based on the system established. The correlation parameters between the risk factors are calculated and the risk level is adjusted so as to make them closer to the reality. The outcomes of this paper may provid quantitative decision-supports for risk reduction and control of the technology innovation.
