企业信息化建设是企业具体的经营管理特点与具体的信息化产品动态融合演进的过程,路径依赖是企业信息化建设的典型特征。依据路径依赖理论,建立了企业信息化模式选择的路径依赖理论分析框架,分析了3种典型的企业信息化模式选择的路径依赖影响因素,给出了企业信息化模式选择的路径依赖退出条件。

The enterprise informationization is a process which is full of dynamical integration of management and information products, and path dependency is its typical characteristics. Based on path dependency theory, the paper provided a analysis framework, and analysed the influencing factors in the informationization route selection of enterprise, and provided the exiting conditions.
