摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT的多平面重组及表面遮盖重组技术对眼眶外伤手术治疗的应用价值。方法76例眶部外伤手术前后,分别用多层螺旋CT对眶部进行常规轴位扫描,扫描图像数据传至工作站后处理,利用工作站软件作多平面重组及表面遮盖重组图像。结果在多平面重组图像上较好地显示了眶壁骨折和眶周及眶内软组织的改变。表面遮盖重组图像直观、立体地显示了眶部周围软组织及骨性结构的表面全貌。结论螺旋CT的不同图像重组方式在眶部外伤改变的显示上各有其优点,针对性应用有助于临床手术前的诊断更准确和手术后的评价更全面。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) including multiplanar reformation (MPR), surface shaded display (SSD) in the orbital trauma surgery. Methods All of the 16 cases with orbital trauma, before and after surgery, respectively, with MSCT of the orbital routine axial scans, the primary data were transferred to workstation and reformated using MPR and SSD. Results MPR images to better show the orbit and orbital fractures and soft tissue changes in orbit. SSD image re-intuitive, three-dimensional display of the orbital bone and soft tissue structure on the surface of the picture. Conclusions Spiral CT images of the different way in the reformation of the Department of traumatic orbital change on the show have their own advantages, contribute to the clinical application of specific pre-operative and more accurate diagnosis of postoperative evaluation of a more comprehensive.
