摘要
目的观察复方樟柳碱注射液治疗视神经视网膜挫伤的临床疗效。方法视神经视网膜挫伤56例(62眼)。应用复方樟柳碱治疗,此为治疗组。并以用血管扩张剂,胞二磷胆碱,维生素治疗60例(66眼)为对照组。结果两组疗效比较显示,治疗组疗效(87.10%)明显优于对照组(68.18%),差异有统计学意义。(P<0.01)。结论复方樟柳碱治疗视神经视网膜挫伤疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of compound anisodine bydrobromide in the treatment of optic nerve retinal braise. Methods Tifty-six cases （62 eyes） with optic nerve retinal bruise were selected as the Treatment Group and treated with compound anisodine hydrobromide . Another 60 cases （66 eyes） were assigned as the Control Group and treated with vasodilator, citicoline and vitamine. Results The therapeutic effect in Threatment Group is signifiantly better than that in Control Group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compound anisodine hydrobromide is an effective method for treating optic nerve retinal bruise.
