摘要
目的探讨结核性胸水中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法采用流式细胞术检测30例结核患者胸水中CD45+CD3+CD4+、CD45+CD3+CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群。结果结核性胸水中淋巴细胞及CD4+T细胞比例显著升高,CD3+T细胞占有核细胞总数的(79.9±4.9)%;CD4+T细胞占总T细胞的(56.7±4.6)%;CD8+T细胞占总T细胞的(23.2±5.2)%。结论结核性胸水中存在特异性T淋巴细胞的集聚,CD4+、CD8+T细胞均参与结核的特异性免疫,其中CD4+T细胞起中心角色作用。
Objective To analyze the vatiations of T lymphocyte subsets of pleural effusion in patients with tuberculosis. Methods The CD45+ CD3+ CD4+ , CD45+ CD3+ CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry in the Pleural effusion in 30 tuberculosis patients. Results The patients with tuberculosis showed a significant increase in the percentage of T lymphocyte and CD4+ cells of pleural effusion. There were (79.9±4.9)%of CD3+ T cells in the total cells of Pleural effusion, (56.7±4.6)% of CD4+ T cells and (23.2±5.2)% are CD8+ T cells in the total T cells. Conclusion There were characteristic T cells groups in local pathologic samples of pleural effusion in tuberculosis patients. The data shows that both CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells have participated in specific cellular immunity of tuberculosis and CD4+ T cells plays a major role.
