血管生成拟态是指具有可塑性、侵袭性的肿瘤细胞所形成的非内皮细胞衬覆的微血管通道,其在体内显示为过碘酸席夫染色阳性和CD31染色阴性的图案,在体外三维培养体系中显示为管状或图案样的网络,其可能与肿瘤的侵袭转移潜能以及较差的临床预后有关。

The ability of aggressive tumors to form nonendothelial tumor cell-lined microvascular channels is known as ＂vasculogenic mimicry＂（VM）.VM channels are revealed as periodic acidSchiffpositive and CD31-negative patterns in vivo,and tubular structures and patterned networks in three-dimensional culture in vitro,which may be associated with the invasive and metastatic potential of tumor cells,as well as poor clinical outcome.
