摘要
右肾开放性手术中右肾外动脉的处理方法较多,从不同入路暴露右肾外动脉的方法也多种多样。通过右肾周组织器官与肾脏的毗邻关系;右肾外动脉的发出部位、长度、分支及与右肾静脉之间的位置关系;右肾外动脉与其他相关脏器的解剖关系可以看出,后方入路暴露右肾外动脉并结扎阻断之是较为安全的一种手术方法,但须在手术过程中注意右肾动脉及其毗邻器官的变异情况。
Many modalities are available for the management of right extrarenal arteries in open procedures of right kidneys and many access approaches are also available for the exposure of right extrarenal arteries.Based on the relation of right kidney to its perirenal tissues and organs,that of right extrarenal artery to right renal vein in the projecting site,length and branches,and the anatomical relation of right extrarenal artery to other organs,the exposure and ligation of right extrarenal artery from posterior access approach is a safer procedure while it should be cautious to identify the anatomical variation of right kidney and its neighboring organs during the operation.
