重庆市主城区社区卫生服务资源配置状况调查研究

Study on the present situation of resource collocation in Chongqing urban community health service centers

目的了解重庆市主城区社区卫生服务资源配置现状与服务开展情况,为进一步完善社区卫生服务提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对重庆市主城7个区的48家社区卫生服务中心进行调查。调查内容包括中心基本情况、人员配置情况及服务开展情况等。结果重庆市主城区社区卫生服务机构总量符合国家标准;社区卫生服务业务用房绝对面积充足,相对分配不均;社区卫生服务人力资源总量低于国家标准;社区卫生服务筹资机制没有形成,社区功能开展不完善。结论应科学规划、合理配置社区卫生服务资源;制定社区卫生人力资源配置、准入和培训规划;健全社区卫生服务筹资机制,逐步完善社区卫生服务功能。

Objective To find out the present resource collocation situation of Chongqing urban community health service centers,and provide evidence for perfecting community health service functions. Methods By questionnaires investigating 48 community health service centers of 7 districts in Chongqing. The inquiry included the basic situation of centers, personnel collocation,and the services unfolded. Results The numbers of community health service centers met the China national standard. The average house area of community health centers was adequate,but unevenly distributed of 48 centers. The personnel collocation was lower than the China national standard. Fund-raising mechanism was sill inbuilt and the service function still had room for improvement. Conclusion Community health service resource should be planned scientifically and collocated properly. The administration plan of the personnel collocation,admission to the employees, and training should be established. Fund-raising mechanism should be build and the service function should be improved gradually.
