深圳河口潮汐模型变频生潮与量测控制系统 被引量:9

摘要 深圳河口潮汐模型量测控制系统由水位、流速、流量测量,加沙控制以及生潮控制设备组成。针对深圳河口潮汐模型水流的特性,系统设备采用了高性能的跟踪式光栅水位仪、光电旋浆智能流速仪以及智能水表流量计,采用循环管道加沙,还设计研制了一种基于变频调速技术的潮汐模拟系统。该模拟系统利用工控机与变频器间串口通讯,对试验过程远程控制,实时控制尾门的开启角度及运转速度,调节模型瞬时进出水量,达到准确模拟潮汐波的目的。在模型试验过程中,该测控系统精确度高,稳定性好,解决了可变溢流宽口门准确模拟潮汐的困难,使潮汐河工模型试验量测技术提高到一个新的水平。 The measurement control system of Shenzhen estuary tidal model consists of the measurements of water level, velocity and discharge, and sand adding control in model, as well as the tide generating control equipments. For the flow characteristics of Shenzhen estuary tidal model, the system device used is of a high-performance track- ing of water-level grating instrument, an AI optical rotary pulp water velocity meter and an AI flow meter, designed circulation pipes in sand adding, as well as designed and developed the tidal simulation system which is based on frequency conversion and speed adjustment technology. The simulation system used the serial-communication of in- dustrial-control machine and converter for the remote control of the trial process, real-time control of the opening angle and running speed of the gate, and, moreover, adopts adjusting instantaneous water quantity in and out of the model to achieve a more accurate simulation of tidal waves. The model experiment practice shows that the control system is of high accuracy, good stability, and can solve the difficulties of variable over-flow wide entrances and accurate simulation of tidal. Through the design and application of this system, the measurement technique for tidal model test has reached a new level.
