摘要
大学是具有独特文化特性的组织,它的文化特性主要体现为学术性、开放性、人文性以及民族性。基于这些特性,大学文化具有精神品性的引领功能、价值观的导向功能、理想人格的范型定位功能、"教与学场域"的营造功能。
A university is an organization with distinctive cultural characteristics. Its cultural characteristics are mainly represented in academic nature, openness, humanities and nationality. Based on these characteristics, university culture has the function of leading moral character; guiding on value, positioning the norm of ideal personality and constructing the field of teaching and learning.
