文章分析了当前企业普遍存在的组织结构问题及其带来的种种弊病,阐述了进行组织结构扁平化、流程化变革的重要性和必要性。提出了按照ISO9001标准模式优化组织结构,将"根据专业分工"转变为"根据流程分工"的思路和方法,以及应该贯彻的管理哲学。

This paper analyzes the current problem of the organization structure existing in enterprises and various corrupt practices that it brings to, elaborats the importance and the necessity which the organization structure should be flatted and change. It also puts forward how to optimize the organization structure according to the standard mode of ISO9001.
