运动干预对瘦素受体后信号传导的影响 被引量:4

摘要 随着生物技术的发展,人们对肥胖的认识也已进入到分子水平。现已证实瘦素抵抗与肥胖的发生和发展有着密切的关系,瘦素抵抗已成为人类形成肥胖的重要特征之一。一些研究表明长期有氧运动可有效降低体脂,缓解瘦素抵抗。但其产生机制并不太清楚。最新研究表明运动与瘦素信号传导通路有关,就运动与瘦素受体后三条信号传导途径的关系做一综述,旨在为进一步探讨运动减肥的机制提供参考,也为科学的运动减肥提供理论依据。 With the development of biotechnology, People~ understanding of obesity has also entered the molecular level, it has been confirmed that there is a close relationship between Leptin resistance and the occurrence and development of obesity. Leptin resistance has become an important feature of forming obesity. Some investigations suggest that long - term aerobic exer- cise can effectively reduce the body fat and relieve leptin resistance, but the mechanisms are not clear. The research shows that exercise have some connection with leptin signaling pathway. The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for losing weight by exercise.
