抑郁障碍与广泛性焦虑的非匹配负波比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨抑郁障碍(DD)和广泛性焦虑(GAD)患者非匹配负波(MMN)的特点。方法:应用美国NicoletBravo脑诱发电位仪,对69例DD组、41例GAD组和58名正常人(NC组)的MMN作了检测。结果:与正常对照组比较,DD患者MMN潜伏期延迟,波幅降低。与此,GAD组的MMN潜伏期变化方向与DD一致。结论:MMN技术可作为P300检测的一种补充手段,MMN和P300联合应用可作为DD和GAD患者临床应用检测指标。 Objective : To investigate the characteristics of mismatch negativity in patients with depression disorder(DD) and patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD). Methods:Using Nicolet Bravo instruments, the MMN was elicited from 69 DD patients,41 GAD patients and 58 normal controlers. Results : Compared with NC group, DD group showed prolonged MMN latency (P 〈 0. 01 ) and decreased MMN amplitude (P 〈0. 05 ), and GAD group also showed prolonged MMN latency and decreased MMN amplitude. Conclusion:MMN could be a supplementary index of P300 .Combining use of MMN and P300 might be useful for detecting of DD and GAD.
