摘要 经大量菌种初筛和复筛,得到一株产植酸酶较高的菌株G2,酶活达2.6千单位。菌种经UV和NTG诱变处理,并采用高磷及磷霉素作筛子,得到了一株液体发酵产酶达13.5千单位的菌株G2.1.1.5.7。 Founding and using micro plate method for determination of phytase activity.We got one strain Aspergillus niger (G2).G2 can produce 2 6Mu/ml phytase in shake flask fermentation.G2 was treated by UV and NTG, and high Pi and phosphomycin were used as inhibitors to screen high production strains.We got a mutant G2.1 1 5 7 It can produce 13 5Mu/ml phytase in shake flask fermentation.
