唐钢球团焙烧配加司家营矿的试验研究

Influence of Proportioning of Sijiaying Iron Ore Concentrate on Quality of the Pellets in Tang-steel

摘要 根据唐钢的原料条件和生产工艺特点,在实验室研究了司家营矿配比量对球团矿造球过程和冶金性能的影响。结果表明:司家营矿以赤铁矿为主,含铁品位比较高,但成球性能较差,其配比不宜超过20%,当配比低于10%时,焙烧温度控制在1200℃左右比较合适,而当配加量为20%时,适宜的焙烧温度在1250℃左右。 According to the concrete circumstance of the raw material and the characteristics of production technology,the effect of proportioning of Sijiaying ore concentrate on the pelleting process and metallurgical properties were researched in laboratory. Results shown that Sijiaying ore concentrate with iron grade of 66.07% is mainly composed of hematite. Owing to the ballability of Sijiaying iron ore concentrate is poorish, therefore, the proportioning of lower than 20% is advisable. When the proportioning is lower than 10%, the suitable roasting temperature is about 1200℃. While the proportioning is increased to 20%, the corresponding roasting temperature should be inereased to about 1250℃.
