摘要
利用工业废渣柠檬酸石膏作原料,通过水热合成法生产石膏晶须。结果表明:向含80%柠檬酸石膏的乳浊液中加入溴代十六烷基吡啶表面活性剂,其加入量与石膏质量比为3∶100;在酸性条件下于120℃水热反应20m in,生成物经220℃干燥可得到长径比约为80、长为200~400μm的无水石膏晶须。
In this experiment study,by using an industrial waste slag- citric acid gypsum as raw material, the gypsum whiskers were prepared via hydrothermal synthetic method. The detailed procedures are as follows: adding hexydecylpyridine bromide(surfactant) into the emulsion containing 80wt% citric acid gypsum with a weight ratio of suffactant to gypsum of 3: 100. Then,under the conditions of acidity and temperature of 120℃. The aspect ratio of the synthesized calcium sulfate whiskers is 80,the length of calcium sulfate whiskers is 200 -400μm.
