摘要
采用气相色谱分析克线丹在甘蔗中的残留量,方法准确度92.78%-99.03%,精密度标准差0.2166~1.8930mg/kg。最小检出量7.5758×10-10g,最小检测浓度0.0061mg/kg。每公顷面积施有效剂量3000~6000g,施后180~240天检测,甘蔗中最终残留量<0.006mg/kg。在甘蔗中的残留量消解动态方程,南宁市郊区C=0.0257e-0.0477T、广州市郊C=0.0520e-0.0651T。在甘蔗中的半衰期11~15天,在土壤中为21—23天。参照FAO/WHO标准,克线丹对人体每日允许摄入量0.05μg/kg天,我国规定克线丹在甘蔗上的最高残留限量0.1mg/kg。根据本测定结果,在甘蔗苗期使用克线丹1次,每公顷有效剂量<6000克是极为安全的。
The residue of Sebufos in Sugarcane was determined by Gas chromatography The degree of accuracy,standard deviation,minimum detectable quantity,minimum detectable concentration were 92 78% 99 03%,0 2166 1 8930mg/kg,7 5758×10 10 g and 0 0061 mg/kg,respectively.When the effective dosage was from 3000g/ha to 60000g/ha,final residue of Sebufos in sugarcane plants was less than 0 006mg/kg 180 240 days after application The decomposition equations for Suburbs of Nanning,Guangxi and for Guangzhou,Guangdong were C=0 0570e 0 0477T and C=0 0520e 0 0651T ,respectively The half life was 11 15 days in sugarcane and 21 23 days in soils With reference to FAO/WHO standard(ADI=0 05 ug/kg/day)and China's MRL(0 1mg/kg),the results of this experiment showed that it is very safety when Sebufos is applied one time with a dosage of 6000g/ha at young stage of sugarcane
