三唑酮对木霉防治辣椒白绢病的协同作用 被引量:6

摘要 三唑酮对哈茨木霉(Trichodermaharzinum)防治辣椒白绢病有协同作用。盆栽试验每盆用3.6g木霉菌剂(鲜重)拌土和用浓度为4×10-3倍三唑酮药液180ml灌根的防效分别为82.56%和100%;菌加药处理的防效为95.56%,较单独用菌进一步压低土壤残留菌核量、降低菌核萌发率,并抑制土表菌核萌发和菌丝生长。小区试验每穴施用0.6%的菌土50g并用4×10-3三唑酮药液350ml灌根的防效分别为97.14%;菌和药剂处理的防效为68.57%和51.43%。此外,讨论了不同土壤带菌量及木霉菌剂用量下,不同三唑酮浓度对木霉防治辣椒白绢病效果和土壤残留菌核数的影响。 A beneficial interactions on control hot pepper southern stem rot caused by Sclertium rolfsii was showed by a combination of Trichoderma harzinum and lower concentration of Triadimefor In plots test by application of wheat bran preparation of T harzinum at 3 6 g per Plot,the efficiency was 95 65%;for the treatment of Trichoderma or Triadimefor only the efficiency were 82 56% and 100% respectively Compared with treatment of Trichoderma only ,the integrated control by the treatment of T harzinum and Triadimefor was with less survival sclerotia with lower percent of germination,less germination sclerotia with shorter mycinum on soil surface When test in plots,soil mixed with wheat bran preparation of T harzinum at 0 6% by soil weight was applied,fitfy gram of the mixture and 350 ml of Triadimefor 1:4000 liquor for every four plants,which efficiency was 97 14%,but the efficiency for the antagonism and the chemical only were 68 57% and 51 43% respectively The effects of different combinations on concentrations of Triadimefor and the amount of Trichoderma on control southern stem rot in hot pepper and populations of T harzinum in soil were discussed
